FAQS
How much does Window Tinting cost?
The cost of window tinting varies depending on the vehicle type, window size, and the film you choose. Each car is different, so pricing is vehicle-specific.
For an accurate quote, please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to provide a tailored price for your vehicle.
What are the laws in NSW?
Front side windows: 35% VLT.
Back & side windows: 20% VLT
Front Windscreen: Glare strip banner on the top 10% of the windscreen
How long do I keep my windows up?
We always recommend not to use the windows for 3-5 days after tinting
When can I clean my windows?
Please wait at least 21 days after installation before cleaning your windows to allow the tint to fully cure.
After this period, only use a soft microfiber cloth and a tint-safe glass cleaner (or plain water). Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they can damage the film.
Can I pick and choose what windows to get tinted?
Yes. You can tint specific windows only, such as the front windows or rear section—it’s completely up to you.
We can also match factory privacy glass for a seamless, uniform look across your vehicle.
What VLT is dark enough?
A VLT of 35% on the front two windoes and 20% on the rear windoes is generally considered a good balance for reducing glare and enhancing privacy without significantly impacting visibility. However, personal preference and local legal limits will determine what is suitable for your car.
What is the warranty?
Our films come with a lifetime warranty, covering issues like peeling, cracking, fading, and discoloration. This ensures that your investment in window film is protected for the long term.
What is ceramic window tint?
Ceramic window tint is a premium film that uses nano-ceramic technology to block heat, UV rays, and infrared light without compromising visibility. It offers superior performance compared to traditional tint films, making it an ideal choice for those seeking advanced protection.
Does privacy glass still need to be tinted?
Yes. Privacy glass only darkens the appearance of the window but does not provide the same level of heat rejection, UV protection, or glare reduction as window tint.
We can install a 70% (almost clear) film that maintains a factory look while still blocking a high amount of infrared heat and harmful UV rays, all while keeping the vehicle within legal limits. This is a great option for improving comfort and protection without making the glass noticeably darker.
